Workmanship was excellent, but James truly went above and beyond. When it became apparent that Menards had given us the wrong door, James volunteered to take the door back to Menards and obtain the proper one. He made no extra charge for this service. When he installed the door, he explained everything about it and its operation, and made it clear that he would return promptly if we had any trouble with the new door. This is a five star rating, but he easily deserves 10.

Knowledgeable, answered questions efficiently and installed professionally. No issues with the doors and still opens smoothly as the day it was installed.
